Everyone's free to have hopes and expectations, no matter how grand or unrealistic they might be so don't concern yourself with trying to appeal to those things. There's that old saying, "You can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please everyone all of the time." However, you should aspire to be pleased with who you see in the mirror everyday and when you're dissatisfied with them, it should be with something within human ability to better.

I am happy with myself and these womans say that I am cute and stuff but as a guy without sexual experience they think/say that I might not satisfy them :/

Or they say that my first one should be someone special, but whats the point then when noone let you trxmy it in the first place?

Telling any woman about what sexual experience you may or may not have reads as something deeply personal and inappropriate for any casual conversation with sober, worthwhile ladies present. However, it's hard to disagree with what they're saying here. There is something beneficial in having your first sexual experience with someone you're having a relationship with, rather then some youthful exploration of curiosity, or the other unseemly alternatives.

...it's a rare thing when someone finds anyone else while sitting in front of a computer screen. Ask yourself what you want of yourself, for yourself, and you may come to find that you're going to have to do what all of us eventually have to do. Venture forth out into the world for things other than trips to the grocery store, or commute to work, and become more social. You will also want to do things that will help you improve your self confidence and self image.

If you can honestly make a woman laugh, that puts you ahead of a lot of other men. Even men who you might have considered better looking than you. Male ego aside, all of us come to accept that there are better looking guys out there than ourselves, but looks will only take a man so far in a relationship. A woman likes the man she's pursuing to be confident and that's something you should definitely work towards. What have you been putting off that accomplishing might inspire greater self confidence? Whatever it is, if it's not illegal to do so, follow through and do it. You won't find your own self confidence in others, but rather through the life long journey in understanding and developing yourself.
