So I had some minor surgery today. I wasn't expecting to have it then and there but it saved me money and having to go all the way back there in a few weeks. I'm a bit sore but the procedure wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I also think I need to send my laptop in for repairs.. I'm hoping I'll find out how much it'll cost me before I do that though. I'm expecting to say goodbye to a chunk of my savings though. Thankfully my old laptop is fine so I'll be using that.
I feel really crappy about it and pissed off at myself because I didn't even spill that much on it. I checked it today and the trackpad is still acting up and about 2/3 of the keyboard doesn't work.. sigh. I basically need to replace this - link and if I knew how to take my macbook apart and if I had the tools I would do it myself, but I don't.
I'm just really down.
EDIT: This doesn't mean I can't do any art though as 99% of the time I use my older laptop to draw.

Oh no no that's okay! It's not like I have nothing, i'll just need to earn it back.
As long as it's reasonable i'm gonna pay for the repairs and then recoup the money I lost somehow. I was considering auctioning off some detailed designs or creating my own adopts. I wanna replace it even if it takes a while.
