So I got my first cooking job on Saturday. It is only for one night but its in a professional kitchen, lunch AND dinner service. To say the least I am a bit nervous as this will be my first time doing this kinda thing away from school without my chef profs leaning over my shoulder. I know I can do this and I hope this will be the start of what I've wanted to do for so so long. Wish me luck!
