The Incredible Hare's first Kickstarter campaign - RIP
12 years ago
Well, it only missed my goal by about.... $5,500.
Still, 40 people pledging isn't too shabby. I'm going to lick my wounds and start planning Harry's comehback - maybe as an Indigogo campaign, or maybe just publishing it directly to amazon myself. (I'm told it's not all that hard to format an eBook and I think I can design a halfway decent cover myself.)
Stay tuned for further developments...

Hmm...the only reason to go with IndieGoGo is because of the flexible funding option. You'll probably get substantially less than whatever Kickstarter netted you, people tend not to respond as well to flexible funding, and IGG really makes a special effort to bury your results. At least with KS you'll get a few days of publicity on day 1 and day 2, IGG just buries everything until the last week of the game. Sorry it didn't go well for you, good luck the next time around :) Keep me informed!
