Since this threat letter i recieved from the council, i did research to try and put my mind to rest, and i found a can of worms. The council tax is not directly collected by council anymore, its collected by CAPITA,same people who handle TV licensing of the BBC, who were involved in the inside job of 911 where they planned to demolish the buildings(twin towers and building 7). Tey add their profits on before giving the money to the council which then supposed to go to services like fire department, police and so on, only A FRACTION OF THE MONEY goes to them, and the rest go to G4S and SERCO(not for UK services, but the tax money goes outside UK to fund these companies)...
G4S mostly deals with prisons and security, SERCO also umbrellas the US Naval Space Agency,which have produced reverse engineered flying saucers. David Ike is also funded by CAPITA, which means less than 1% of council tax funds David Ike who talks about the religio-political elite members of these companies supposedly being reptiles as a distraction of the truth.

The lady on the phone could not answer me, si I looked for the answers, and they not like what I expected.
