Question for COMIC COLLECTORS

I have in my possession a monstrous amount of comics ranging from the mid 60's to mid 90's mostly of the Marvel variety. I have a rough idea of what titles are there but no real specifics on issues and such.
What is the best way to approach selling them for the best buck?
Cataloging them would be a pretty huge undertaking from the shear amount but that might be the best? I dunno. Any help/advice would be very much appreciated.

I feel kind of uneasy about shipping them but I'm sure I can find a similar place here. Think I might try to get an inventory by series/title that seems less terrifying? Many thanks!!
