*hufflepuffs and bloats all over.
I am considering getting a Macbook for editing videos and photos with many different programs only available on the Mac.
Any suggestions on the following:
13''
or 15'' screen
----
Retina Display or not
Dual core processor or Quad
----
SATA or SSD
Let me know please because this could help me out a lot with many editing projects I have heading my way.

I have a Qosmio laptop with 8gigs of ram and it still crashed when using blender. So its something to look into if your going to be doing a lot of rendering.
My PC i am using has 24gigs of ram. Plenty to prevent from crashing but should always save often just in case.
Macbooks are expensive. I have a Macbook Pro 17" Core2duo and the graphics cards already when poof so i am trying to find a replacement on ebay but it still costs $200 and thats just doing it myself. If you take it in to a specialist it can cost up to $500.
So yeah its something you should think about in the long run. Will it be worth repairing, can it handle heavy programs that use a lot of RAM memory.
At best buy, Adobe Premiere CC its about $600.
