Capitol Bells is a new app that has been made for the Iphone and is going to also be ported over to the Android. Basically it is a program that taps into Congress' voting process and allows the voters to actually be involved, to see whether congress actually pays attention to its people and not themselves. Seriously you have to check this out!

It's entirely legal. I know it says hacking, but techichly he is tapping into the radio lines to actually get information, like how you have police scanners.
