Padding: when I can get them - 24/7's. Preferred outfit is always a hooded, footed sleeper, but, when it's too hot for that, a Batman onesie is a decent compromise. Shortalls are awesome, but damn near impossible to find in my size. Same with rompers.

I've rather liked the Dry 24/7s myself. They were pretty nifty.
As far as outfits, I only have the one, Spider-Man footed sleeper.
