*sniggers* Yeah... on the plus side, FA and similar sites don't tend to let you see the adult stuff if you aren't registered and deliberately setting it to show it to you. I linked him to my dA gallery though just to be a little safer. ;D

And yeah, seriously, of all the unlikely coincidences! Of all possible things I never thought I'd share my name with an airplane's ICAO registry number! And that he was able to track me down and get in touch too, it's all just such a hilarious story. ^^

...and one that could result in a winged Dorey flying somewhere over the world, doing good. Seems awfully fitting. ^_^

This sounds a-MONUMENTAL. Though...

I wonder, if it was me red flags would be popping up because this is my me, my self, on someone's place somewhere, and my property I guess. I'm parabolical because what if this person tries to claim Doreything for himself or something, right? I don't want to take away your motivation, heh, but if it was me I'd only do it for someone I trust and know heh.

Yeah, I get what you mean. Given that Doran is more than just a character to me, it's really my identity in a very real and personal way, I certainly gave it a lot of thought. I wouldn't want my likeness to be used in a way I wasn't comfortable with. This person has convinced me though that they understand that, and I've looked into what they've done enough to feel okay about it. Also in my mind is that it's just an image of me, that I'll have control over how it looks and it should only be used in this one place, which isn't as threatening as it would be if like... I was signing over my identity for I dunno, a Doran cartoon show or something where my character would be being 'written' and represented by other people. All I'm ultimately letting this guy do is use a single image of me in a way I'm accepting of, so I'm feeling good about it.

I definitely understand where you're coming from though! And believe me, it is something I carefully considered before just leaping into saying 'yes.'
