The pathetic rantings of a thirty-something mind
Well, my North vacation is drawing near.
As such, my mom and I have agreed that I should buy a DSLR now, before time runs out.
So, as of right now, I'm stuck between choosing a Nikon D3200 DSLR (with lens) or a Nikon D5200 DSLR (body only).
There's a $150 difference between the two, and though the D3200 comes with more options and features, I feel like I won't use the majority of them, so I'm more inclined to get the D5200.
Hrm.
EDIT: Gonna look for an older Nikon DSLR because the new ones I looked at don't accept the lens on my current SLR. So I'm looking for older Nikon DSLR's like the D70.

FA+

If you can get a hold of a cheap second hand D300S I think you'd be good to go.
I've also heard many positive stories of D90 users. By memory the D90 has the auto focussing motor along with the lens flange coupling for reading the aperture. Best of luck mate.
I'm still looking, though. I've got a bit less than a week to decide.
