Help for anxiety problems.

Yay, anybody have any advice for somebody with bad, anxiety problems? I have a constant fear that I will offended or alienate some one. Most of the time it ends up making me look like an ass. So if anybody has any advice I'd be very greatful.

I sorta have the same issue. But you just gotta remember, if you get worried, and keep on sending people messages, that's often what alienates people. Hope I didn't worry you some more man. Just relax <3.
