My Mate and I are finally getting serious about moving in together. We are now saving up for building our own home (his dad is a contractor so we get a deal) and we are hoping to get a rental together to save the extra money. Of course I still plan to go to FF so no worries. I do need a room but I know a lot of people aren't ready for that just yet. I may spend most nights at my parents'.

I am just so excited to have a place and soon after that will come little ones!! (the four legged kind of course)

Any money I make for commissions will go to the home funds.
