What should keeping thing private cost?

So I've done a few private ones in the past and I've seen a few people talk about privacy and commissions. But it's not a subject i see artist talk about a lot.
I've added on privacy prices but they've always differed, i am just never sure on what a fair amount it.
As being able to submit commissions is you only way to advertise your skills, what you can do, what you are okay with doing etc. Unless you like pay for advertising.
It's quite an important part of the commission to me, my personal work is always tame so if i were just to have personal work shown publicly it would appear as though i am not comfortable with 'hardcore' fetishes. (which is a lie i am totally okay with majority of things!)
in the past i have added between £2 - £5 as a privacy cost.
do you think that cost should reflect the amount of work the artist has put in? a flat should cost less to keep private than a fully shaded piece?
say something like and extra 30%? 40%? 50%?
lets compare a flat Vs shaded piece
a 2 character flat is £14
meaning a 50% privacy price would be £7
40%= £5.50
30%= £4
a 2 character shaded piece would be £25
a 50% privacy price would be £12
40%= £10
£30= £7.50
So just wondering, do you guys have any thoughts on the matter?
Personally if i were to commission someone and wanted to remain somewhat anonymous i'd have no problem with it publicly submitted i'd just ask my name/icon not be on it.

the 35% - 40% seems good in my opinion but, That's just an opinion ofcourse.
I've done maaaany private commissions, and not charged anything at all to keep them private, as I consider it somewhat rude. I view it like Dropbox! Can just stash all your private files on there, show anyone you want, and it's all completely private unless you have a link to a certain file, and it's free.
But ya, my opinion, you should be charging nothing for keeping images private as I would find that insulting if I were a buyer.
publicity is more important to those who find it harder to get there work looked at. i think so anyway.
I haven't done many private commissions but it's hard to balance what would be comfortable for the commissioner and the artist
yea private ones are fairly rare, i mean if it's just something that happens every few months i guess it doesn't make much of a difference on my work load and gallry. it#s just if it were a common thing there'd be a lot of work and art that i'd never get to show people XD hate having to hide art especially if i do a good job but..ahh well.
30 - 40% seems to be the most mentioned. Gonna have to snoop around and see if other artists have maybe spoken about private commissions.
Because on one hand charging extra can scare people off but on the other hand there should be compensation for that part of the submission that really helps the artist.
