Start to train everyday for 2 hours to loss 60 pounds will be doing a blob on youtube for all who wanta keep up dated i will be posting here and on video

lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats, avoid eating a lot of dairy. lots of water and green tea. good luck and good health to you :3
