I've had this computer for about six months, but never have I had a windows error pop up and tell me "hard disk error"...
I tried to copy the information down and save a back-up of my files, but before the back-up completed, the screen was entirely black with some white text giving me a prompt to run something. I've shut it down, but I'm very nervous about this whole thing, and I'm speaking through my 3DS.
