NEED HELP!
Hello there guys and gals. I thank you so much for following me, but I again am still needing help with some issues. As I reported back a bit ago I had ran into some financial issues; I am sad to report I am still needing help. I am still dealing with the legal processes in removing the room mate/tenant issues, but sadly it's a long process (please refer to MA state laws and how they are to be done to understand all this crap). So that said I still need funds to help pay the bills and even more so now new lawyer fees due to how extensive these bastards are making it for us. The lawyer thankfully is a wonderful person who is very VERY fair and hell not like any stereotypical lawyer one would meet so it's not their fees that are getting higher; its the room mates making this more troublesome sadly.... So anyways
As with before
Now most of you will ask a few questions:
1)"Why did you let it get to that point?" Well to be honest due to our current financial situations, we were able to at least chip away slowly at it on our own time in order to make sure things were up to code. However being forced to cram what was 4-6 months worth of money and work into 1 month? That doesn't help us at all and made matters worse.
2)"Well I have seen you have been posting commissions and other artwork; surely you have money and just want to milk people for more right?" NO! I will NEVER EVER ask anyone to fund me just so I can get more art. That is selfish and completely wrong. Those that know me know that if I want art with someone I will easily pay half if not all of it myself when I have the time and money for it. The reason for the artwork being posted is this: I have been sitting on a lot of artwork that has been done (example are my adoptables) and have slowly been posting them when I can or in other circumstances I have paid an artist some time ago and am just now getting that art back (as I am a very patient person and just tell the artist to have fun and take their time so long as I get periodic updates)
3)"Well how do I know if you will use this money for bills or not?" You will probably just get more art won't you?" No I won't do that... I am an adult, and while that many say that before on here as they wish for money too, I do my best to stay true to what I say. Now for those that don't know me you don't have any reason to trust me and I realize this easily, but all I have is my word and that is the best thing I have going for me.
4)"How much do you need? Is there a goal?" No goal will be set. Why? Because right now, for one, is the fact that I am still assessing all my bills and trying to add it all up so that I even know what that goal is; however even when I do figure it out, I won't set one because that is what donations are all about. You give what you can and when you can....and right now? Any amount will help.
5)"Well how can I help?" Like I said, donations are give what you can; when you can. So if you can give me $1, $10, $100... it doesn't matter. It all adds up in the end and that is what helps me.
For those interested in helping me? Please note me and I will give my PayPal to you and we can go that way. I am only accepting PayPal right now because it's the easiest method in doing all this.

However in this case of pleading my case to the landlord...well it doesn't work when the landlord is yourself... hence the lawyer being involved. 30 day eviction notice won't work sadly as its considered "30 day Notice to Quit" which after 30 days the do not have 30 days to vacate; it only means they have 30 days to file a claim to the court in the form of a "Discovery Form" claiming why they should not be evicted. From that filing it is then another 14 days after that point which is given to the landlord to file an "Interrogative Answer form" that answers any and all questions filed in the Discovery Form. This form is then to be read in front of a judge at the court date assigned at the end of the 14 days and from that point it is up to the judge to decide whether there are grounds to evict or not and if there are grounds to evict then he will issue a mandatory eviction time which is typically 30-60 days unless the tenant is impaired in which he will issue more time allowed suited for the impairment. After the mandatory time is up and the tenant has not vacated, then there are grounds for higher legal action for them being in contempt of a judge's court ruling resulting in more time in the court or if the judge allows he will issue a 24 hour immediate vacate with a sheriff to monitor the removal. The only reason I know all this is because we are doing this right now which is resulting in the court fees and all the crap that needs to be sorted...
