So...I picked up a book called cold copper
12 years ago
It has werewolves, guns, air pirates, and a sh*ton of other cool stuff. Well written, drew me in and I love all the characters and their interactions. Absolutely loved the book and plot except for one part. It's book three, out of what looks like a seven book series. And this one is the most recently published. The author appears to be publishing the books every year in July.
So not only do I have to buy two more books to do backstory, more distressingly I have to wait another four years to finish up the storyline. I blew through the book in a 24 hour period from time of purchase.

Yes, yes you should. It's not all about werewolves. It's just that a pair of very main characters happen to have this problem that involves phases of the moon and the rest of the plot integrates their characters pretty well.
