This is literally the most stupid piece of official documentation I have ever read. Good job, City of San Francisco! You win the award for inexplicable tax/fee of the day!

Can't say I'm surprised, given how badly the state needs revenue. They are doing things like popping "Fees" onto home owners for various sundry bull shit, since they can't call it a tax and they can't increase taxes (thank you prop 13) from home owners, they have taken the tactic of calling them 'fees', cuz hey, that's not a tax, right?

perzactly. Those taxes fees and overall costs is why I left california. Though, I must admit, I do *MISS* that state. it was a great place to live, except for the costs of living there.
