Should I really save for a Phoenixwolf fullsuit or get a cheap one now? all depends how much Italy sells for and how much I get for my birthday and xmas but at max thats only $900. I can sell my 3ds and games thats like $200 so im still short $400 T-T all my decissions

If you really want one from Phoenix, I'd say save her suits are amazing quality, plus it is more likely you'll like it more than someone who barely makes suits could. ^^
