everytime i try to upload a picture a screen opens saying o snap does anyone know how to fix this problem im working with windows 8 so its stupid sometimes if anyone knows whats going on can you please help me

Try using a different browser. Google Chrome can be finicky sometimes.

It should. What browser are you currently having trouble with? Have you tried using Internet Explorer to see if it will upload from there?
