Commission info and F.A.Q



This is just a sum up of everything related to my commissions. Any questions regarding pricing, shipping, time, and etc. will be discussed here. Any additional questions feel free to note me. 



⦁ Payment:



I only accept PAYPAL payments, anything else will have to be noted to me and discussed, but for sure money is delivered quickly and safety that's the reason why I choose that. 



Also keep in mind that in the total of the badge or other work that you commission, the will be a small PayPal tax. 



Even if you want to pay with a credit card that's not a problem cause PayPal offers that option too! 



I will not start on a commission until I receive payment, once I receive it you will be on the list and contacted that your order will be, or has been started. 



⦁ Shipping: 



All shipping will be done through the USPS. First class mail and estimated delivery time will depend on the state or country you live in. 

Shipping will be only $2 flat, regardless of size or weight. 

International sales-shipping will cost extra, because of the increase in international shipping I have to unfortunately charge a little more than for U.S commissioners. 



Shipping fees also include handling fees for all postal. 



I will ship to the address on your Paypal account, if you have another address or a preferred address that you rather have it mailed too, please note me ASAP so it can be changed and I can make sure that what you commissioned gets delivered to the right location. 



⦁ Refunds and Exchanges: 



I take pride in my work and I make sure that all my work that is shipped arrives safely, if you are unhappy in any way please contact me and I will make us that you are happy. 

However, there are No Refunds. 

If you decide to change or cancel your order you must note me as soon as possible! The faster you cancel your order for any reason the better, because once I get started on a order it is considered "in process" and that's when I can not issue a refund. 



⦁ Handle with care:



For the most part perler beads are plastic and are good for every day wear, conventions and just to show off. However they can still be prone to being bent severely if not handled right. And there are cases that badges or pieces have fragile parts.

If anything gets broken or damaged during the shipping process I will replace it with photo evidence, but it needs to be sent as soon as possible the day it was received or else it will be thought of as personal damage. 

If it is broken as stated then I will replace or fix it and then ship it out to you again with no charge. 



⦁ What will I make or be able to be commissioned for?



I make personal fursona badges, and perler bead art. I can make any pixelated art into perler beads with patience and work. 

I make Pokemon related perler bead work so if you have a Pokemon in mind I can do it. Same thing goes for anything video game or anime related-I'm open to any suggestion or anything that wants to be commissioned. 

Fursona badges will be made with a proper reference, other than that I so far have been able to make all kinds of characters that have been commissioned to me. 



⦁ How long will my order take?



Small perler bead work will take about 4-7 days, while larger perler bead work can take up 10-14 days. 

Fursona badges (depending one the complexity) will take about 7-14 days. 

Why so long? With the commute and my work schedule, and school I try to get my work done as soon as I can. However sometimes life gets in the way and it delays me in my work. Plus my supplies where I do my work are in my girlfriends house, so please take that into consideration when you order, it is not going to be sent the next day, it is a process that takes time and patience. Other than that I always do my best to get my work done as soon as possible. 



⦁ How much do your fursona badges cost and other perler bead work?



Everything depends on size. 

For example for small Pokemon perler bead magnets or pins it starts at $5

For larger perler bead work it starts at $10. Depending on the size and complexity of the work the price can rise or stay at the starting.

For fursona badges price start at:

Simple badges = $20-30

Complex badges = $30-40 

As stated above it all depends on the complexity of the fursona, I will determine that once I see a reference and once I know what kind of badge you want wither it be simple or complex. 



⦁ How does the process with the fursona badges work once I commission one? 



Once I receive a payment you'll be put on the list of orders, depending on the list it can be longer or shorter than expected. The list of orders will be in my journals and front page. 

Once that happens the free icon that comes with the badge will be made by  kara-same once she is done with the icon it will be sent to the commissioner for finalization and once that happens I will get started on the perler bead badge. 

Again the time can depend on my personal and work schedule, but you'll always be informed on the process. 

Once it's finished you'll be sent a picture and it'll be shipped out to you.
