What about furs who wanna make/enjoy sweets? We could just be in the backgrounds with the oompa loompas harvesting/making candies. Or singing and dancing with them.

sorry for jumping in, but really it depends on your taste....honestly the original with Wilder is the better in my opinion, its classic and warm and full of heart. That and Charlie is portrayed as being flawed, he can be greedy, moody and sad but he is overall a nice kid. The Charlie in the new version is more like a pitch perfect person....and less human.
