RMFC 2013!

I'll post a con report, I promise, right now I'm finally back in Tucson and literally the MINUTE that the daunting task of driving home from Denver was over, I have allowed myself to feel PCD. I am downing a pair of Arby's bacon cheddars and listening to "We'll meet again" by Vera Lynn over and over again.
This convention was seriously just the absolute highly of my year, barring winning the lottery(y'know, if that happens). I'm going to love our Sedona camping meet and I'm going to do my best do make Arizona Fur Con as awesome as I can, but I can scarcely hope they'll feel this good.
Depression of course loves reinforcement so I started searching FA for any negative mention of anything that went on this year and I can't find a darn thing! So thanks for that furries! I love all of you guys!!!!
Just a quick glimpse, I'll mention this again when I can write a con report without sighing dramatically and wanting to put on eye shadow so I can cry it down my face..., but the con was made for me by one thing, I mean, this was reinforced over and over again throughout the weekend, but Friday morning I got off the elevator and ambled over to buy a red bull, I didn't know how the con was going to go, it was the very beginning, and I turned around to see a congoer running out of the elevator to practically tackle a friend who had just finished checking into the hotel. I don't know who either of them are, but I was able to gather, before I left them to their greetings, that they hadn't seen each other since RMFC 2012.
That image, and enough caffeine to kill an airline pilot were what powered me for the entire weekend. I know that if I can be a part of something that brings people together from across continents and oceans, to spend a weekend with those who matter that much to them, and I can make it something as enjoyable as everyone keeps saying this was, then its worthwhile. I know I should find validation in myself, and I do, but its helping to make that possible that makes me feel worthwhile as a person.
Like I said, I'll post more later, I don't know who you two were, but you mean a lot to me for that moment, and thank you. And everyone at RMFC you all help me work hard throughout the year doing what I do for people who'll never be nearly so greatful for all their years as you all are for one weekend. I can't wait until next year, and I can't wait to see you seeing each other again, here's to many more years!
