We were finally able to pin point what went wrong with my back. I was starting to get worried as the muscle stiffness and pain made it's way up into my neck. It was like someone was choking me from the inside out. It started to be almost impossible to move and the already short tendons in my legs were starting to act up more than ever. It was getting to the point that every day I was in a lot of pain but now I know why.

I spent so long over the past few months working, at my computer or at my work table, in bad chairs, that it wrecked my back. I'm going to get some new chairs, nicer ones. This is much relief to me as I was having to take pain killers for the muscle tightness and I hate that.

So now I can get back to work without concern, as soon as I am able to pick up one of those chairs I can work as long as I like without any complications. Car is currently out of commission so I will need to take care of that first but in the mean time there is no reason why I can't keep working with some pillows and other things in place to help my back unwind.
