HELP WANTED. Tablet pen stopped working.

Any suggestion I really don't wanna buy another one because this one is not even that only about a year. :/
My tablet will move around the screen still but clicking won't work, can't draw anymore because of that.
I really hope you guys can help me, it just stopped letting me press down and nothing works, it just moves around the screen. Won't click.
Any suggestions how I should fix it?
I have a Wacom bamboo tablet I googled suggestions nothing worked, so I hope you artists can help me. :c

EDIT: It works if I let it rest for a few hours but only works for about 30mins-1hr time for a new one :/

Maybe as Anna said and have a look at downloading the latest driver to make sure it's all up-to-date , otherwise maybe try seeing if other people are having this problem online.
I guess the last resort is buying a new pen :/
