FA, never will you find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy...
So camping trip is already up in the air as there is now a huge fire starting at the base of the mountain where the campground is. Road is closed heading up and who wants to be at the top of something that is burning 7,000 ft below anyway.
5,000 acres so far and that was doubled from the 2,500 in just less than a hour. *Begin frantic panic mode* Everything else is either booked, closed or on fire. Looking at doing Joshua Tree as it is do-able.

Yeah, I live downwind of the banning area into Palm Springs and Indio. So much smoke it's awful to breathe outside.
