Not sure what AST & ALT are, but there may be types of foods or supplements that could help get those lined out as well. I'm not a good one when it comes to practicing what I preach, but I find holistic/more natural remedies for what ails you is easier on the system than more "modern" medicinal practices".

Far as your mate's headaches, with the heat and everything, perhaps she is not drinking enough, or lacking water she needs? I find that sort of thing is the cause of most of my headaches, especially this time of year when it's hovering near/right at 3-digit hot.

Thanks for your concern, but there is nothing that can be done for the AST and ALT levels. They are secreted by the heart and liver when damaged, so I find plenty of worry in that fact. As for her headaches, there is nothing we haven't tired. Hopefully it's nothing serious, but if it is, God help us
