I have not been as interested in YCH type deals as I initially was. It is groovy, in the sense that it let's the artist decide on a theme that they are interested in working on, rather then the sort of roll of the dice that might come with regular open commissions. But the challenge comes in garnering interest in what you have to sell. Which, I suppose, is the challenge any time you have something to sell o.o

But if the poses/themes/ideas that you have to offer are interesting, then in theory, you should not have trouble getting people to bid. Unfortunately, there is a lot to see, and watch on a site like this, so getting people to notice something like a YCH could be pretty difficult without having a lot of people's attention to begin with, thanks to a decent number of watchers. Or some way to promote new interest, and gain new watchers, like putting out an ad, or just posting new work regularly at peak times to attract new watchers.

Yeah, I figured that was the case. So I'm gonna go ahead and continue doing what I do. open up more commissions and yada dada diddle. heh.

Streams are fun! And yeah, as long as you keep creating awesome art, you will find yourself with more watchers, and more interest. It just seems to take time. Though there seem to be people out there that appear out of nowhere and suddenly a bazillion followers. Not sure how that works o.o

I always wondered that too... maybe already had a local following in college, got broadcasted and etc. a Lucky strain?
