I'm not even mad or sad over that journal situation. I'm just really...embarrassed. They, and all those other folks, slammed me with insults over a single concern which had no intent to hurt.

Maybe they thought I was the type of person on FA who expects shit like fursuits for free, but if they even searched my name, they'd know I have plenty of money for furstuffs. I've got a spiny shark for an avatar, I'm pretty sure someone who can drop cash for that is doing okay 8U

My biggest fear was that this would all hurt me in the long-run. I'm starting to see that's 100% *not* the case, thanks to folks like you, Immy, Jaker...and other incredible people speaking up for me. Thanks a lot, Twiggy. You're a great guy, too.~

It's pretty astonishing and admirable if you came out of that bullshit just feeling "embarrassed".
