Okay, So i think I give up on Digital art.... I've had my tablet for 4 years now... And i haven't improved... At all. No mater how Hard i try I just suck at it... What i hate about it is is that i cant afford to do anything else but that... i think i was honestly better at digital art when i bought that damn thing 4 years ago... just seems to get worse.. No one really buys my shit anyways, so I obviously suck at drawing and digital art. I can't seem to have a good enough computer for digital art, EVER.. I mean 9 times out of 10, the computer lags to beat hell when i use gimp or Photoshop.. So i becomes virtually pointless to draw or just to even do line art, comes out jagged as hell. if you wander why i don't post digital art, or any art in general, THAT'S WHY... Looks like shit... That's why i asked some one else to colour "Incestuous". For one, I'm so basic at digital art again, its practically more basic than even Aaron's art. and for to, i cant seem to EVER get a hold of computer good enough to HANDLE it at all...
i would LOVE 90% of my art gallery to be colored in all neatly and nice... But I just cant seem to do it... its not motivation... I just.... i look at it and its all uneven and jagged to beat hell... I'm so fucking sick of being disappointed.. And no one will teach me.. so with all this in mind. I think I'm throwing in the towel. My Digital art is fucking garbage.. I'll post sketches and stuff, line art (TRADITIONAL ONLY), and if i do color it will be traditionally...

don't be so hard on yourself, even if you can do digital art you still have your traditional. that's more than most people have, I cant draw digitally or traditionally and yea that does make me feel bad sometimes cause I cant contribute to the furry community. but I still feel proud of my lego creative capabilities :) im hopeing that someday ill have enough legos of all colors to do $5 lego busts of peoples fursonas. so just look to the future ok buddy :) and remember that just because you may not think your digital art isint that great dosant mean that there aren't other people out there that think its awesome!

Gimp and Photoshop are crap for a tablet, they're meant for editing pictures and not really drawing them. Get Paint SAI, it's optimized for tablet use and will create a more natural image. Believe me, it is a WORLD of a difference when using software that actually reacts to the speed and pressure of your pen/brush like a real surface would. I'll also be cheesy as shit and say that the best way to improve is to believe you can. Fuck this negative self-talk man, you know you're a good artist. You want to see someone who sucks ass at drawing, turn to me XD As digital art is very different, it wouldn't be a bad idea to briefly go back to basics as a refresher course, this applies to every type of skill in life - Hell, sometimes I gotta strum the easiest, dumbest shit out on guitar in order to regain my bearing on that. I'm STILL trying to get half as good as I was before I left for the military. Just don't talk down to yourself dude. An artist is his own worst enemy if he does. This is all coming from personal experience too, I get easily disheartened as well. Whenever a negative thought arises, slap that ho and keep doing your thing. Like a baws.

It's like the simplest software ever XD Right click to change brush, then draw. It's free too.

Well depending on the tablet you may need to simply change programs. I like your art and to be honest the pencil and paper look does have its own charm
