Most of my work does not have characters who have a relationship prior to the story, and in many cases they have to develop a relationship. Sometimes sex comes more easily than others. The nympho who is educated on the fact that a lover is better and more satisfying than a big-cocked hump-n-sleeper, for example. But in many cases it's not easy for the characters.

My two cents: I believe that porn is a form of parody. It's nothing like any real relationship. Those people who try to mimic porn in their real life are not doing it right! There is more to a healthy <- (non drug, alcohol,abuse,etc induced) sexual experience, then any porn could ever show.
