I've noticed a trend that really pisses me off. When someone deserves to be jerked around and spiked on the concrete I don't care, but when someone voluntarily surrenders and the cops STILL do it ( along with various arm twists and a knee to the throat ) it pisses me off. These fuckers need to be stripped of their badge and pushed out of the system. Abuse is abuse no matter who you are or what the law says.

Yup. But people have this habit of white knighting police officers. Some actually believe there's no such thing as a bad cop. They're human...they are capable of being bad. Nuff said. Then others simply defend them citing "Oh the stress of the job" or some bullshit like that. But yeah we need more checks and balances in our system and for people in power to actually be held accountable for their actions. A great track record either is no free pass to break laws and policy.
