Laptop power supply problems

It seems the power supply for my laptop, the computer I usually use for my IMs, is on the fritz. This won't keep me off FA, but if you usually contact me through YiM or MSN, sorry.
I might try other set ups like being on the messingers while just serfing the net. However, as I am an avid WoW player, I now have xfire to use as a contact method, username:icewolfsoldier
I won't require others to get it, and I hope it is just temporary, but until the problem with my laptop is fixed(might take a few days, might take a few weeks or more), if you really want to reach me: FA, Xfire and E-mail are your best bets.

From personal experience you don't mess around when your power supply is faulty cause if it shorts it can fry just about anything on your Lappy (if not everything). I lost nearly 2 hard drives from my last power supply issue and I was running into a massive amount of trouble that go fixed when I put the new one in.
You may wanna upgrade to a bigger unit as well if you for your use it may be nice to have a couple of extra amps around, its also more effiecient.
