I've been thinking about this as a possible story line:
An ordinary girl who wants to enlarge her boobs mail-orders an "all-natural herbal treatment" from a Chinese firm. She likes the effect that a little has, so she ignores directions and uses a lot. Things go from questionable to worse when her boyfriend gets involved...
