Light: *Pants softly and then breaks out into a dark chuckle. The Mad man raises his right hand, trying to aim the Luger in his shaking grip* Every last plan, every last ally you had has FAILED, you little bitch...
Glory Gal: *The tigress opens an eye and looks up at Light. She grins slightly, wincing as rain mingles into her wounds* O-OH? ... I don't think so...
*There's a deep rumble from behind them both. Light slowly looks, and is greeted by a spot light from the air... and then other lights going down across a gargantuan, mechanical chassis. Cherno Alpha rumbles and raises up a fits- electricity crackling upon it*
Light: ... Mein... Gott...
*The Jaeger's fist comes crashing down and takes out half the building they stand upon. Light vanishes, but Glory Gal remains safe on the standing side. Cherno slowly raises its fist back up*
Glory Gal: Good job... big guy...
*Cherno rams its fists together in reply, and stands guard over her as the police make a move*

And the title means "There is only one monster, and I am he!"
