So I had to go to the ER yesterday and get an endoscopy to remove food that was stuck in my throat. The bad news is the doctor found something strange and took 3 biopsies. He left before I woke up but he told Mark(my husband) that the biopsies were to check for food allergies... I've never heard of checking for food allergies that way. I really hope that wasn't a smoke screen for the big "C". I've known my whole life that having acid reflux can lead to cancer. I just hope it hasn't happened to me.
