Long story short, my old phone physically crapped out to the point where it won't even turn on anymore. Therefore, Verizon couldn't activate the software on it that allows contract transferring. I still have the same number, so I'd really appreciate it if those of you whose numbers I had saved would please text me and give a heads up as to who you are, for the sake of recovering who I can.
