Ever wonder Godzilla's insides looked like? How does he produce that fire breath? Well wonder no further as these vintage scans show just that. It breaks down Godzilla and how he (she?) works on an anatomical level. But wait, there's more! Not only Godzilla but other Japanese movie monsters have been broken down as to how they're built.
What's really cool about this is that it totally takes me back to when I was young. I loved (and still love) looking at illustrated cut away diagrams. When ever I came across one I would stare at it for hours and study the workings of what ever it was, car engine, muscle structure, building skeleton, it didn't matter. So when I saw this, I was 7 years old again. Ahhh... what a great feeling ^_^

Never knew Gamera had sacs to store lava oil and coal, I just remember those boys that took a submarine inside him to dislodge one of Jiger's spikes
