as for 8100030d, its a unable to sign in, i think its do to the program beign corrupted some how, install and reinstall.

I can tgry and look for the prob bro idk if i can find anything though...u should just try erasing it off ur comp and re downloading it! =3 But i will look everywhere i can...^^;

where do i erase it

Go to start menu, contol panel, add/remove programs, Then just find it on the list when it loads up! But from wht online it should just go back to normal by its self over time but i have no clue how long that will take ^^;

GRRRR, i cannot delete it, it does not respond when i uninstall it! >o<
