But the brains a funny thing, you know if you pitch a baseball, your brain can only send a single set of impulses in the time frame it has to the hand before release. You've consciously thrown the ball, about half a foot back from where your hand actually does it.
I suspect a similar thing applies to drawing, however small the curve maybe we draw, we've thrown the pen already in that motion.
So, one might draw from this, that while you retrain the knowledge of the piece, your throw has changed, you need to correct the throw. But there is yet another factor, your emotional state vastly alters your grip and reflex. You may require replicated emotions, for replicated results.
It's just like science!
Or better yet, remember how peeps be tracing your art? :3 why don't you trace them too to work it out again! As for effects, mash them photoshop buttons MASH THEM! ...who knows what might happen. But it can onlybe good with the right attitude!
Draw reaction images for image boards.
I do that on twitter

Like mirvanna said, sometime it force to relearn to do it again.
However and hopefully this happen quite rarely. I recommend you to relax and start to draw when you find the right inspiration. Usually it help a lot
