CoC - Needs Revision

A recent journal was taken down of mine, that they claim violates CoC. I thought about putting another up, but deciding not to. I'd rather not further instigate stuff here on FA. I think that this policy needs revision. The whole journal system in some regards can and should be able to take the place of someone having to have say a livejournal account or something like that. People should be able to vent how they wish to and things of that nature. I would highly suggest that people petition to have this looked at and revised.
Now about that journal with that fursuiter NOT to go to just got taken down, but fear not... I plan on posting it with revisions, but not violate the CoC. I hope that people in commends do not violate this, or I will hide commends and block them from my page. I have never had to do this, but now have started to and will do so if I feel that I am being persecuted and such. Though bet other people will come to the fursuit maker's "rescue" like before. I got all I really needed... I got shown that a lot of people, that weren't really even friends who came out of the woodworks for me, people that were not friends to me at all at the time.
I want to just give a brief "THANK YOU" to all of you for your support. You helped me out immensely as that entire thing was so stressful and just downright painful to deal with. This situation is, but I am getting it taken care of. Since it seems I have no other course of action I will going through with plans after speaking with people like my paralegal and such.
I understand with a lot of it there were many comments after I toned out my "calling out" bit with names. There were too many of the trolling people who were dropping information I had sent in private emails which I wouldn't really have allowed myself and I ended up having to block people who couldn't understand things from a customer perspective and how I was trying to protect myself as a customer.
There was one person who made multiple accounts to try to avoid being banned. That is absolutely ludicrous. I love how people want to think that "I" am a bad customer, where on the other end I was being rudely and poorly treated as a customer, and all because I tried "helping" in some regards, because I felt as a friend I could tell her what was up and how to improve her customer service as I come from a background in marketing.
All in all I'm happy with the outcome, even with the journal being down... It teaches me what I need to do to improve my journal for next time.

A journal warning people about bad customer service, the admins get RIGHT on that. Priorities, people, it's not just a virtue, it's a fucking necessity.
I have been harassed here, not just by that person who got banned, but all the other trolls and white knights, but I had lots of people come out of the wood works for me. Oh and the whole story, there are two sides, but from a customer standpoint there was a breech of contract on the business end and that is what really matters.
If you don't want an argument or bad blood between us, please stop... I don't want any more... I want this issue over and done with. Even tried working with someone to have a mediated Skype session and the fursuit maker is avoiding any form of voice communication like avoiding my calls, which is only going to help my case here when I present it.
My original post wasn't harassing you. I was trying to help you and give you advice. If my comment came off as harassing then my apologies. It was late and I'm tried of seeing drama from this, if you really want it to stop then don't assume everyone is harassing you. I certainly am not. Harassing is when you get named called or picked on or when someone tries to hurt you on purpose for a reason or sometimes even no reason. I'm not doing that. I was only trying to help :/ Try to be less defensive, please, and maybe you'll discover some people are only trying to help but have a different way of talking. I once talked to someone who's way of talking appeared offensive every time but now I know they really weren't trying to hurt anyone. She just cussed and threw insults all the time, but that's just how she talks and I respect her despite that XD It's weird, but I look up to her even though I misunderstood her intentions at first. I stopped being closed minded and opened up to what she said and realized she really wasn't trying to hurt anyone. I'm not trying to hurt anyone either, though I don't cuss or throw insults lol
Also about the little quote with how the maker should realize they were out of line, that is generally how it works but in this case no one can know for sure who is in the wrong and who really went out of line. A friend of mine on facebook knows the maker and claims to have seen the emails and says that it is Khyle who was rude and threatening, while Khyle says it was the maker who provided horrible/rude service. Without proof I have no idea who is telling the truth and who is making stuff up XD The main issue I have with him posting a public journal about this is because a lot of times people will be quick to jump to one side or the other. Without proper proof and statements from both sides, I just think it's unfair to either the artist or customer because a lot of people may be jumping to the wrong side or BOTH could be in the wrong and no one even knows. Not because I want him to keep quiet or not put out complaints or anything, all customers are entitled to it, I just think avoiding drama within FA would be better for both artist and customer as well as the people who just want to stire up drama(there are people like that sadly, I don't know why).
Right now I am basically just waiting to see proof of Khyle's side of the story as well as see if the artist will post her side. X3 I'm veiwing this from a commission artist perspective, but not exactly supporting either side though my opinions and thoughts may seem to veer towards the artist, but as an artist it's hard not to explain how things are as a commission artist XD I hope you get what I mean, sometimes I have a hard time explaining what I mean^^; Oh gosh I'm so sorry for the wall of text XD I tend to just kinda blabble and type without realizing how much I'm typing. I have only commissioned people 2 times(once for a NeonSlushie ref and the 2nd for a DHC suit). So I don't have much perspective on being a customer with a bad situation/bad service, etc.. But that is why I'm telling him he should post to AB instead of make an FA journal. AB has a much wider audience with people not only from FA, but DA and other sites. It's the place people go to if they want to check an artist out. No one would be able to search or even know to search for a journal about Fur It Up. If he really wants to get his side of the story out there then AB is the place to go. So far FA has only brought him trolls and harassment, as he says. If he posts it on AB then he will get less of that. Okay I'll stop now before this gets too long.. see what happens when I get a day off work? XD I type too much!

I had a photo with them back in 08 before they become a maker,and I said before they were a beautiful person.And they edited it.
