my feelings on the matter are not even a question of legality, it was more regarding respecting the artist and having some moral decency

we are not doing that again. we've established who feels what, and to be frank if you disagree with them, don't do business with them. i would appreciate if you just don't do business with me if you don't want to respect my requests or ToS, or cannot act professional.
