Things that for whatever reason, I feel need to be said in an addendum to my profile in a blog-type fashion.
A hair-dye artist called it "Splashlights."
I call it, "That super-shiny hair effect that you see on nearly every cute anime character with long hair."

Mmhmm, and it's fairly difficult to match a hair-color that is in the middle of the spectrum. (Level 1 is the darkest Black, Level 10 is the lightest Blonde.) If you have brown hair, it would be tough to dye it back to the right color.
