I know callout journals are wrong, but fuck it, I have had it up to here with your whole being on fire thing, and all the smoke and shit you're sending into Reno. Now we have worse air than fucking BEIJING, and I get a rocking headache whenever I open my window so I don't suffocate from the heat in my house. Thanks a lot, you insufferable dick.

Now that that's out of the way, I have good news! Wednesday night I took the entrance exam to get into REMSA's Advanced EMT class. I studied my ass off for the two weeks leading up to it and the exam ended up being easy. The EMT questions were a breeze since I know my stuff, the math section was a snap, and the writing sample segment where you describe why you want to be an Advanced EMT was easy to write a nice couple of paragraphs for. I was pretty sure I had it in the bag. And guess what? I found out yesterday that I was one of the ones chosen for a spot in the class! A few of my classmates from my Basic class made it in, as well, and they're smart people, as well as very nice, so I look forward to working with them again ^.=.^

Still jobless, though. Ughghghg. Hopefully that'll change soon. But at least SOMETHING has gone right again!
