So i'm going to make this quick and as professional as possible. Rashia, my mother, n I now need to prepare to move. Most likely Florida. This is a big move, n its ALL of us, plus our pets n our things. This is going to put off some of the commissions a little. i dont know what is going to happen right now, but we need to avoid us ending up on the street... i WISH i was exaggerating.. this move will need to take place before January. I will be working on commissions as much as possible, but we all need to pack up the house, have a garage sale, throw a LOT out, save as much money as we can, look at homes, find one, and move.. I am sorry if this upsets any commissioners, but it is out of my control..

Because of this dilemma, i will need to write up payment schedules for those who still need them. ALL the money i can put aside has to go towards a down payment on a house. I may also need to make emergency pre-mades to auction off n raise money. All current commissions will need to be paid off by December, latest. My uncle owns our house. He has helped keep a roof over my family's heads for years. we greatly appreciate everything he has done for us. Rashia n i have been working on cleaning up the house, replacing drywall, ripping up carpets, spackle n painting, sooo much to try and "up" the worth of the house when we were gonna sell it. He came for a visit Thurs-Sun to see us n check out what has been done. WELL....thursday n friday went fine. were great, even! but then saturday came n i finally saw him for what he is...he is a poor excuse of a human-being that never does anything out of the kindness of his heart. He does it, hangs it over your head, treats you like hes better than you, and makes you feel like trash and bad that hes doing something to help you. He decided out of nowhere Sat. to overreact and get extremely nasty and told us to "get the fuck out" by Jan 1st. lovely of a family member to say, right?? he then sent an email to us giving us an ultimatum. He came by later letting us know he sent us the email (not to apologize), and left. SO...we are tired of him treating us like hes better than us, regardless of what he has done for us. we are packing up and leaving as soon as possible. Screw helping him fix up the house. he can deal with that now.
