Mephit Fur Meet Bound.... but it's a bumpy road.

So, last night at 7pm I departed for Mephit Fur Meet. Of course, I'm slated to arrive on the 28th, which is a bit early, but extra hang-out time with friends is never a bad thing.
Of course, I've been dreading doing the full 34+- trip entirely by bus again... and my intuition wasn't off its mark. Everything was going fine until I hit the US/Canada border... which went from a planned twenty minute stop to an hour and forty-five minute ordeal just to get through customs. FINALLY when everyone is through and loaded back on the bus... the bus battery dies deader than a door nail. Which leaves us stranded at US Customs for over 4 hours. As a result, I'm going to be missing the remaining bus changes between here and MFM. I can only see this all going from bad to worse.
