recipe: bullet-proof egg salad sandwich

wash dem paws and roll up theme sleeves cause wolfie's gonna let you in on a secret recipe
(makes 2-3 sandwiches)
ingredients:
2 x boiled eggs
1/2 - ripe avocado
2 tablespoons - mayo (or Greek yogurt works best)
1/2 teaspoons - olive oil
1 tablespoon - dry or fresh basil, fine chopped/crushed
1-2 tablespoons - grated Parmesan-Reggiano or Romano cheese
1 tablespoon - finely chopped pine-nuts
1 small - garlic clove finely minced/chopped
pinch of salt + fresh ground black pepper
THOSE IN BOLD CAN BE REPLACED EASILY WITH STORE-BOUGHT PESTO
Mash all ingredients together in a bowl with fork, should be a non-pleasent looking green color (LOL) but trust me... you will lick the bowl after
