Raising commission prices a bit.

Since now I am back in college, I have less time to draw outside of my notebooks, though I'll still be able to draw, now I have a lot less flexibility and due to that I have to raise my prices a bit.
Also, the extra characters on some of the commission types were also raised by $1.
