Bears, honestly, are quite sexy, its true.
So one, I write now, that a thief might live.
Fuzzy, rugged, manly and sometimes blue.
How can one not love, their fuzzy girth.
Such a thing is unheard of, I fear.
To not fall for such a beast, even at birth
No joke, it would bring to my eye, a tear.
Bormac, is he, who sent me here, to you.
The fault is his, for my terrible rhymes
How I can do this, I have no clue.
But, I have tried, and try to keep with the times
Should I win, I would play them through.
To not pick me, a rhino, would be a crime.
Okay, so, I have like, no talent for poetry, never liked it. >.> I hope that didn't suck too bad, and that both your eyes and mind recover quickly after reading it.
All cold winter long.
In his head he's scheming.
To bring forth springs sweet song.
True he is but a bear.
But sometimes, that's all you need.
To charm the pants off nature fair.
And then to take the lead.
What wonders await us with a bear at the helm?
Once winter has gone to thaw?
Endless Spring, with fish aplenty?
Or something different, an ursine realm?
Where all grow fur and claw?
I for one, would dance corrente, in celebration of that day!
Took me awhile to get it!
But I think it came out okay. (Aka: Terrible.) : >
Bears forever in glory, ferocious and lonely.
Sleeping the winter through hidden away from prying view.
Dreams of chase and morning light, finding mates and the challenge of the fight.
Strong and fierce forever strong.
Gentle mother warm and soft, terrible rage if her babies hurt.
None more fierce than the rage or mom, softest touch when the dangers gone.
Bears drifting the forest sun up till dusk
Darkness falls and hides their beauty and danger from us.
Morning dew and break of day, brings the cubs out to play
Left alone and seen far off view, love the bears as they do as wild bears do.
There's a bear sitting rapt in deep thought
Across narrow stones, a passage intractable
Interruptions from men he fears not
He who'd disrupt his contemplation of vengeance
Having scrabbled and clumsily traversed
Has arrived face to face with claws ever trenchant
Heart so jolted it portends to burst
But the bear only laughs and at the quivering pink thing
Which considers it may now be dinner
A brave man, self-considered, now devoid of his balls
He might be a good snack, was the noble bear's thinking
In winter when he might be much thinner
His muzzle curls up in a mischievous grin as he tosses him out through the falls
